Adults Kung Fu & Self Defense


This class features the core of Chuan Fa-Wun Hop Kuen Do choreographed routines, along with Filipino Fighting Arts. Shaolin Kung Fu routines, Wushu Routines, Tai Chi and Qigong are also part of the curriculum to allow the practitioner to pursue and well rounded skill set. The self defense training is based around realistic techniques and situations.  Participants earn color belt ranks through periodic skills exams.
